RESERVATION POLICY

Check-In time is 2 PM and Check-Out time is 12 PM
If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
Cancellation or Alteration in bookings are not entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travellers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods. The needs to be cleared separately.
Breakfast timings are 8:00 am – 10:00 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-Corporate Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation made within 10 Days in advance from the date of arrival, 25% of the total amount payable will be held as retention
Any cancellation made within 05 Days in advance from the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount payable will be held as retention
Any cancellations made before 48 Hours in advance from the time of arrival, 100% of the total amount payable will be held as retention

Corporate Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation made within 10 Days in advance from the date of arrival, 25% of the total amount payable will be held as retention
Any cancellation made within 05 Days in advance from the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount payable will be held as retention
Any cancellations made before 48 Hours in advance from the time of arrival, 100% of the total amount payable will be held as retention
Note : Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.

AMENDMENT POLICY

Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.

CANCELLATION POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy
In case of any retention charges against cancellation or amendment, applicable GST will be charged from the Advance Amount Paid
Fully Guaranteed Reservations will be held till 10:00pm of the Following Day
All Non-Guaranteed Reservations will be waitlisted & automatically released by 4:00pm of the same day
In case of Early Departure , The hotel reserves the right to levy retention as per the Guaranteed Reservation
